Bulenox: Issue: Charts may fail to load for Bulenox accounts. Workaround: Choose the New York gateway. Gateway Requirement: Bulenox requires the New York or Chicago gateway. Other gateways have been disabled by Bulenox. The Chicago gateway does not load data reliably though so it’s recommended to use the New York gateway. Status: This is a known Bulenox-specific Rithmic issue. We have already reached out to Rithmic and they escalated the issue internally. Note: Other prop firms are unaffected by this issue.
