Bulenox: Issue: Charts may fail to load for Bulenox accounts. Workaround: Choose the Frankfurt gateway. Gateway Requirement: Bulenox requires the Frankfurt gateway. Other gateways have been disabled by Bulenox. The Chicago gateway does not load data reliably though so it’s recommended to use the Frankfurt gateway. Status: This is a known Bulenox-specific Rithmic issue. We have already reached out to Rithmic and they escalated the issue internally. Note: Other prop firms are unaffected by this issue.
